Strawberry Cheesecake Sugar Cookie Cups Ingredients
1 can Reddi-Wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping
2 cups Mixed Berries
1 cup Strawberries
1 Roll of Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Honey
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mint Leaves for Garnish
Strawberry Cheesecake Sugar Cookie Cups Cream Cheese Filling
3.4 Oz Lemon Instant Pudding
1 1/2 Heavy Cream
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Sugar
Mix in 1 Tbsp. honey, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1 Tbsp. sugar into mixed berries. Next slice strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. Then place both the mixed berries and strawberries to the side for later use.
Whisk together 1 1/2 heavy cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract into instant lemon pudding. Then slowly fold in 8 oz. cream cheese continue to fold mixture till all lumps are gone.
Divide cookie dough into 12 balls. The place each round in each muffin cup. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. For each cookie cup, use the end of wooden spoon handle and carefully press into bottom of the cup to shape. Cool 20 minutes; and carefully remove from pan.
Fill each cup with 2 -3 tablespoons of the cream cheese filling
Add Strawberries, then mix berries and top with Reddi-Wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping
