I love Lobster and anything that is seafood related. My love of the delicacy started when I was a child. Mother worked for a trucking company that transported lobsters from Maine. So, once a month, she would bring home a big batch and we would have a lobster feast in the comfort of our own home!
Spring is just around the corner, and I thought would do a new spin on the traditional Nacho. My Langoustine Lobster Nachos are made with Langoustine Lobster, black beans, fresh tomatoes, onions, avocado, green chilies and black olives with cheese sauce drizzled on top. Today’s recipe is sponsored by S&W Beans as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central, and all opinions expressed in this post are my own.
